Womban Brew Loose Tea

A loose herbal tea blend of nettles (Urtica dioica), lemon balm (Melissa officinials), rose hips (Rosa canine L.), oat straw and/or tops (Avena sativa), red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus)

Strengthening, and nourishing tonic

Directions: 1 tbsp to 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for at least 20 minutes covered then strain.

Can also be prepared as an iced tea.
